Ohio Wesleyan University has an exciting lineup of theater and dance, music, and visual arts events planned for the 2016-2017 academic year. Unless otherwise noted, all events are free and open to the public.
The following exhibits will be on view in the Richard M. Ross Art Museum, 60 S. Sandusky St., Delaware:
March 2-April 2, 2017 – The Ohio Art League’s “Pre-Spring Juried Exhibition,” showcasing contemporary work by Ohio artists. Since 1910, the League’s annual juried exhibitions have been the backbone of its artistic programming. The exhibition will include an opening reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. March 2 at the Ross Art Museum. Learn more about the Ohio Art League at www.oal.org.
April 15-May 13, 2017 – Ohio Wesleyan’s senior fine arts majors exhibit works juried by their OWU professors. The exhibit will open with an artist reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 15, at museum.
During the academic year, the Ross Art Museum is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The museum is handicap-accessible and admission is always free.
