COLUMBUS, OH – Outdoors enthusiasts interested in learning to call turkeys are encouraged to attend a free informational workshop on March 12th, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR). The workshop will be held from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Licking County Main library located at 101 West Main Street, Newark, Ohio 43055.
Representatives from ODNR Division of Wildlife and Zink Calls will educate the participates on the history of turkey in Ohio, calls and calling techniques.
