Last week’s winter storm Stella dumped two feet of snow on Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The major snowstorm shut down roads, schools and disrupting daily life. The photographers and reporters at our sister paper there could barely make it out of their homes, yet alone to the office. Fortunately, this last-blast of winter did not hit Delaware County.
