COBA champs


At Reynoldsburg High School on Feb. 20, members of the Big Walnut Basketball Association girls fourth-grade travel team defeated the Worthington Cardinals, winning the Division 2 Central Ohio Basketball Association tournament. With 22 teams in the Division 2 bracket, the Big Walnut girls, 24-4 for the season, had to play six games over two weekends, and brought the COBA championship trophy home, undefeated in tournament play.
