There’s still plenty of time to sign up for the 36th annual “Eagle Volleyball Camp” directed by Big Walnut High School varsity volleyball coach Ron Lehman.
The camp will be held from Monday, June 6, through Thursday, June 9, in the high school gymnasium, and feature 10 hours of intensive instruction in all phases of individual skills, team offense and defense.
There will be one session for participants entering grade 6 through grade 8 from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Two afternoon sessions will be held for high school students entering grades 9 through 12. Afternoon sessions will be from noon to 2:30, and from 3:30 to 5:30.
Camp instructors will be Lehman, Matt Schoonover, Jaz Reed and Nicole Stepsis.
Camp participants will receive drilling in setting, passing, serving, hitting and serve reception.
The registration fee is $70 for morning-session middle-school participants, and $85 for high school, including both sessions.
The camp is limited to 50 participants per session. The registration deadline is Friday, June 3.
