Staff Report

This week, weather permitting, all lanes of State Route 750 and Sawmill Parkway should be open, signaling completion of the $6 million southern Delaware County widening project.

The project, which began last fall, widened SR 750 between Gibson Drive and Sawmill Parkway, constructed a 10’ multi-use path and added dual left turn lanes at Sawmill Parkway and SR 750 for north, south and eastbound traffic.

By 5 a.m. this morning, all lanes of Sawmill Parkway will be open.

At 7 p.m. tonight, the contractor will be installing permanent striping on Sawmill Parkway at SR 750. Traffic will be maintained but motorists might experience some short-term delays.

By 5 a.m. Friday morning, weather permitting, all lanes—with final pavement and permanent striping—will be open on SR 750 and Sawmill Parkway.
