Sunbury United Methodist Church’s SUMC Players are currently in rehearsal for this year’s dinner theatre production, Stealing Home, directed by Nancy Meyer.

What kind of petty crooks would burglarize a funeral home? You’ll find out in this sweet comedy about a possible long-lost son, his three unusual sisters, a woman who thinks she is a stranger’s mother, and a host of other wacky, but lovable characters.

The twists and turns will delight you, and the outcome may be the surprise of a lifetime.

Don’t miss this delightful and funny play that takes place at The Green Meadows Funeral Home.

Performance dates are 6 p.m. on Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26, dinner and show, $20; and a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday, April 27, $10. Childcare is provided.

Tickets are on sale now. You may buy tickets at the church on Sunday mornings, or call Phyllis Taylor at 965-3293.

Sunbury United Methodist Church is located at 100 West Cherry Street in Sunbury, at the northeast quadrant of the Ohio 37 and US 3 intersection, across the street from the CVS Pharmacy.
