These three Rubber Duck experts stopped at the Genoa Township Administration Office last Friday afternoon to choose their rubber ducks for the 2014 Center Green Park Festival Great Rubber Ducky Race.

The Great Rubber Ducky Race will be held on May 18 with a little help from Genoa Township Fire Department firefighters.

A modest $1 buys a chance to win the 50/50 Raffle race to benefit the Genoa Township Parks Improvement Fund.

Can’t make it on May 18? No Problemo, as Arnie would say. Race a Rubber Ducky for a Buck participants do not have to be present to win.

Stop in at the Genoa Township Administration Office during regular business hours between now and May 18 to pick your winning duck, donate a buck and you’re automatically entered in the Center Green Park Festival Great Rubber Ducky Race.

Rubber Ducks will also be for sale during the April 12 Genoa Township Easter Egg Hunt at the Westerville Central High School Football Stadium.

Hint: The Easter Egg Hunt event activities are from 10 a.m. until 12 noon, but be there by 11 a.m. sharp because that’s when the Easter Egg Hunt begins, and anyone who has ever been there will tell you that it’s over in a matter of minutes.
