Sunbury Chamber thanks sponsors of July 4 event

The Sunbury/Big Walnut Area Chamber of Commerce would like to send out a special THANK YOU to all of the sponsors and volunteers who made our Fourth of July celebration possible.

The Lions Club sponsored the performance of the Columbus Saints Drum & Bugle Corp on the Square following the parade. Wayne Miller, Eagle Auto Repair, sponsored the Second Annual Community Cookout, providing 1,500 hot dogs, and introduced the First Annual Hot Dog Eating Contest! Thanks to the Hub Carryout for the donation of bottled water and ice.

Thanks also to the Sunbury 4-H Clubs for providing assistance manning our gates and offering games on the Square, and to The Lex Center of the Performing Arts for providing facepainting.
