Weight Room Updates

With the help of Melissa Maxson and her students, the weight room will be receiving team celebration graphics that will be placed on the walls throughout the weight room. As well, Melissa and her students will be branding the weight room with the Big Walnut Eagle Strength & Fitness mission statement, core values, and logo.

New equipment, such as Rogue Fitness bands and pvc pips for the movement prep warm up, have been added to the weight room.

Just outside the weight room are located nutritional posters. These posters are used as an educational tool for the student-athletes, coaches, and parents to understand the importance of proper nutrition. In addition, the current weight room schedule is posted along with the movement prep warm up.

The Winter weight room schedule is in the process of being built for this winter season. If you have not contacted Coach Rittgers about your team training, please do so.
