We are now 12-3 on the season. Anna Vrancken won the discus for the second year in a row. This meet had a district level type competition – a district champion (Orange) and a district runner up (Westerville Central) from last year, and plenty of state qualifiers and placers. We scored in 14 out of 17 events, 16 placers. Beat three schools from our conference (Canal Winchester, Groveport, Newark). This is a strong start to our season. We saw plenty of competition, and the young squad handled themselves very well.
