DELAWARE—SourcePoint announces the hiring of Amy Schossler as director of community programs for the nonprofit organization. In the senior leadership role, Schossler is responsible for such programs as the enrichment center, family caregiver support, insurance education, and nutrition program.

Prior to joining SourcePoint, Schossler was executive director of the Upper Arlington Commission on Aging, responsible for all administrative activities of the nonprofit senior services organization. Previously, she was the administrator for community outreach and home health programs for a senior living community in Columbus.

“Amy comes to SourcePoint with extensive direct service and management experience,” said Robert Horrocks, executive director. “In addition, this experience is with older adults and within the aging network in central Ohio, which makes her a valuable addition to our team in Delaware County.”

Schossler graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in personnel management and organizational behavior before earning her master’s degree in health administration from The Ohio State University.

SourcePoint is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides professional expertise, services, and programs for Delaware County adults who want to thrive after 55. Services and programs are supported in part by the local senior services levy, corporate and private donations, sponsorships, grants, and by the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging.
