MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — SonFest, Mount Vernon Nazarene University’s annual outdoor Christian music festival, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 23, from 1- 9 p.m. in The Grove at the MVNU campus. Plumb will headline the event with numerous other bands on two stages throughout the day.
The SonFest 2017 lineup will include:

- JJ Weeks
- Jonny Diaz
- Sarah Reeves
Since the late 1990s, Plumb has sold more than 500,000 albums and over 2 million singles worldwide, co-penned songs for numerous other artists, including Michelle Branch, Mandisa, Jaci Velasquez, and Natalie Grant, and had music placed in many films and television shows.
Ticket prices include general admission in advance, $20; general admission at the gate, $25; and groups of 10+ in advance, $15.

The all-day event will also include free outdoor activities, festival food, and giveaways. SonFest is held rain or shine. Artists and schedule are subject to change.
