Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DCBDD) Thursday night (Jan. 19) held a swearing-in ceremony for its two new board members, Tracie Davies Toot and Howard Heffelfinger, and reappointed Jeffrey Wallace, who has been a member of the board since 2006.
County Commissioner Jeff Benton swore the new members in on behalf of the county. The four-year terms began on Jan. 1, 2017.
Tracie Davies Toot, a Genoa Township resident, is the Director of the Public Utilities Department for the City of Columbus where she manages a multi-million dollar budget. She is also a member of the Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission’s executive committee and the Solid Waste Authority Central Ohio Board.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tracie and Howard to the board to partner with us as we continue to inspire, empower, and support people to achieve their full potential in Delaware County. We know that together we will achieve great outcomes for our community,” said Kristine Hodge, superintendent of the board.
