Cassady Becker scored her 100th career goal as part of a four-goal performance to lift Big Walnut to a 7-5 win over Worthington Kilbourne Saturday afternoon, April 21.
Maria Boyer was also solid, finishing with two goals, while Meri Buckles added the other.
Aubrey Logue anchored the defense with six saves in the BW net.
Big Walnut beat Worthington Kilbourne by a score of 7-5. Jr. Midfielder Cassady Becker scored her 100th goal of her career early in the game and went on to score 4 goals total. Maria Boyer had 2 goals and Meri Buckles had 1. Aubrey Logue had 6 saves for Big walnut. Big Walnut is now 6-6 on the year.

Big Walnut used a fast start to get up early on the Lions and never looked back. BW won 10-4 at Bexley. Goals were by Cassady Becker-6, Aurdrey Rice had 2, Izzy Rooney and Meri Buckles had 1 each. Lion goals were by Rosenthal had 2 and Hiwson and Benedict had 1 each. Logue had 9 saves for BW.

Big Walnut lost a close game by the score of 9-5 to Gahanna Lincoln. Goals by Gahanna were 5 by Foresi, 1 by Whalen, 1 by Shirey, 1 by Casey, 1 by Anna. Goalie number 50 had 11 saves. Big Walnut had 5 different players score 1 goal each. Becker, Boyer, Erick, Helber, and Rice. Logue had 10 saves BW is on the road tomorrow night 4/20 at Bexley for a non league game.

Big Walnut wins their third game in a row by beating Westerville South tonight at home by a score of 17-6. Goals by Cassady Becker had 9, Audrey Rice had 3, Izzy Rooney and Kimmie Serna had 2 each and Allie Long had 1. Aubrey Logue had 6 saves in the goal and Gigi Roberto had1. Westerville South goals were scored by Jordan Pettway who had 3, Victoria Esparza 2 and Morgan Pillow had 1. Santos had 8 saves for South. Big Walnut’s record is now 4-4.

Big Walnut 10, Johnstown-Monroe High School 0
The Big Walnut boys lacrosse team cruised past visiting Johnstown-Monroe Monday in Sunbury, blanking the Johnnies 10-0.
BW scored three goals in each of the first two quarters before smoothing out the scoring summary with four in the fourth.
Johnny Grumney led the Golden Eagles with four goals while Nathan Montgomery added three goals and an assist. Other standouts included Sam Elliott, who finished with a goal and two assists; Luke Chiles, who had a pair of helpers; and Tyler Paul, who collected nine ground balls in the win.

Johnny Grumney poured in six goals and two assists to lead the Golden Eagles to a lopsided win over the Pioneers Saturday in Sunbury.
Nathan Montgomery added two goals and two assists to go with eight ground balls while Judah Lozano and Sam Metzger had two goals apiece.
