Impeachment vs. Invalidation

To the Editor,

Important Law: “The voting system shall produce a voter-verified paper record suitable for a manual audit …” — The Voter Confidence and Increased Accessibility Act of 2003 Sec. 4(a)(2)(A)

Some paperless electronic voting machines were reported to have been used in the Nov. election; making it impossible to verify the integrity of the election. It is reason to invalidate that election, which is the basis for the Trump claim to the Presidency.

Impeachment of Donald Trump would be a long, legally drawn out process which, even if successful, would leave the remnants of his first 100 days, including Vice-president Mike Pence and all of Trump’s appointees and policies so destructive to America. Voiding the election would remove all of that in one clean sweep.

Impeachment leaves in place the remnants of the Trump government; Invalidation erases the remnants. Let it be the American cry: Void the Presidential Election.
